Recipe: Low GI Peach Crumble


Here we are again with a summer recipe: a crumble, peach version and low glycemic index!


  • 8 Peach mumps in syrup

For the crumble

  • 35 gr of coconut flour
  • 30 gr of hazelnut powder
  • 85 gr of almonds
  • 30 g butter


  1. Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
  2. Cut the peach mumps into larger or smaller pieces, depending or what you prefer.
  3. Coarsely crush the almonds.
  4. Mix all the ingredients for the crumble in a bowl and work them into a sandy paste with your hands.
  5. Cover the fruits with this crumble paste.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes.
